Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients on monthly services. Refunds are processed as follows:

• Setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Monthly service fees are refundable within 30 days
• Ad spend is non-refundable as it goes directly to advertising platforms
• Custom development work is non-refundable once delivered

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Work Product

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work products created specifically for them, including websites, custom graphics, and marketing materials.

You may not use our Service:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
